  Delivery and return policy

  Processing and Estimated Delivery Time

  Upon confirmation of the order, delivery will typically be completed within a period of 24 to 48 hours. During high-volume periods, such as festive seasons, or due to unforeseen logistical incidents, customers should anticipate potential delays. Estimated delivery windows are not guaranteed and begin once the order has been processed and shipped.

  Conditional Acceptance and Refusal of Goods
  

  We operate on a Conditional Acceptance basis. The customer reserves the right to inspect and refuse the item at the time of delivery if they are not satisfied with the product’s condition, style, or fit. In this instance, the customer is not obligated to complete the purchase. The customer will only be liable for the non-refundable Delivery and Inspection Fee. The applicable rates are: Dhaka Metropolitan Area: ৳80 and Outside Dhaka: ৳140.Note: If the product leaves the delivery personnel’s presence or is taken into the customer’s premises, the transaction is deemed accepted, and the standard Exchange Policy (see below) applies.

  Exchanges for Size Mismatch

  In the event of a size mismatch after the customer has accepted and paid for the item, we offer a One-Time Free Size Exchange. The following procedure must be strictly adhered to:

  1. Notification: The customer must notify us within [Number] days of receiving the product.
  2. Eligibility: The item must be unworn (only tried on indoors), in its original packaging, and in resaleable condition.
  3. Exchange Fulfillment: Once the size mismatch is confirmed, we will dispatch the correct size to the customer and collect the incorrect size simultaneously. The exchange delivery fee is complimentary for the customer.
